20x4 Wheels for Fat Tire Ebike and chopper Bike custom built rims

custom built for a project that was never built, in the pictures it shows another set on a cart that WAS built for reference only NEW rims 2 available $99 each original paid $150 each without tires rims only as pictured in the first pics. I believe these rims may be used as a front and back rim. we were using them as two fronts on the cart in the pictures, both rims have holes to bolt on a sprocket. these are bolt on wheels. the stud is 5.5" end to end, it's 4" inches from outside locking nut to outside locking nut.
